CRV Members council approves new Supervisory Directors for CRV Holding BV.

Today, the CRV Members Council approved the proposal to appoint Marlous Booijink and Jolanda van Haarlem as new members of the Supervisory Board at the General Meeting of Shareholders of CRV Holding BV.

They are replacing Johan Wouterse and Etienne Cosyns. Furthermore, dairy farmer Jochem van der Starre, from Slootdorp, has been appointed as senior adviser of CRV and thus a member of the Supervisory Board of CRV Holding BV. Van der Starre replaces Kurt Faes from Vlaamse Meer.

Marlous Booijink (43) works as CFO at Pandriks, a producer of baked bread. Before that, she held various financial and management positions at DSM food specialties and FrieslandCampina, among others. Together with her husband, she also runs a 150-hectare arable farm in Kraggenburg.

Jolanda van Haarlem - Eyssen (54) was until recently executive director of the breeding company Hendrix Genetics and will start working at Agrifirm as group "specialties" director from April 1st. She previously held senior positions at Cargill, Provimi, and FrieslandFoods, among others.

Jochem van der Starre (42) runs with his wife an agricultural and dairy farm in Slootdorp with 175 dairy cows and 80 young stock on 100 hectares of land. They also run a farm shop. Jochem previously served on the Advisory Board of GD, the youth and information council and information of CRV, and the Advisory Board of JoinData. Currently, he is a district chairman of the North Holland of FrieslandCampina.

Policy Review
The Supervisory Board (SB) monitors the policy of the Board of Directors and the general course of events at CRV. The Supervisory Board consists of the seven livestock farmers who constitute the central management of the Cooperation CRV. The SB is completed by three members with professional experience who are not livestock farmers.

Strengthened competencies
Wietse Duursma, chairman of Cooperation CRV and of the Supervisory Board of CRV Holding BV, is excited about the new directors. "The appointment of these three candidates followed an intensive recruitment and selection process and counts on the broad support of the Members Council. With these new supervisory directors, we are strengthening the competencies within the Supervisory Board that we believe we will need in the coming years."
